Every patient is treated as an individual and with respect. At your first appointment you will receive a
full assessment before your treatment is discussed and planned. You will be able to ask questions
and be actively involved with your treatment.

 

You do not require a doctor's referral. We offer daytime and evening appointments and aim to see
everyone promptly. You will always receive treatment on your first visit and not just an assessment.

 

Every effort will be made to achieve recovery in the fewest number of sessions - patients are never
pressurised into having more sessions than they need or can afford. All appointments are one-to-one,
unlike many physiotherapy clinics where the physiotherapist shares their attention between several
patients at the same time. Treatment is tailored to individual specific needs and you will never be set
up on a machine and left alone.
